Who We Are
St. George Resort Rentals is a Property Management Company, owned and operated by partners, Barbara Johnson and Linda Bringhurst. After working together for several years in the property management business, we decided to open our own business. We excel in different areas. Linda is experienced in office management, payroll, A/R, A/P, human resource, reservations, and customer service. She over sees the management of the office, reservations, owner relations, and advertising. Barbara excels with organization, reservations, and customer service. She manages housekeeping, schedules maintenance, maintains quality control, orders and stocks supplies, works with guests to alleviate any problems.
What We Offer
We offer the complete package. Our responsibilities begin by taking the reservation to cleaning the condo when the guests leave. We take the work out of having a rental condo. We understand the financial investments made by the owners, therefore, we do not want them to worry about the condition of their condo’s and we take pride ourselves on our ability to maintain them, rent them, and keep them secure.

Guests are treated like VIP’s when we are on duty. We want people to know when they stay in condo’s managed by us, they will get a clean, comfortable fully furnished condo that is ready for them to enjoy without any worries. Not only do we want a worry-free vacation for the guests, but worry free property management for our owners. This has been our focus in the past and will continue to be our focus in the future.
